Founders/early stage SEs – POC setup efficiency?
When you run POCs or onboard new customers, how messy are the inputs you get (docs, spreadsheets, etc.) and how much manual work goes into turning that into something your product can actually use?
We find that we (as a seed stage startup) spend a TON of time setting up POCs because there's a lot of bespoke things we have to do. Curious how others have given themselves leverage here as we're very time constrained.
